Scott Miller Resident Artist

Scott Miller is a landscape and wildlife photographer who has recently developed an interest in surf photography. In his early 20s, he traveled the world quite extensively, always enjoying taking pictures on his vacations. His serious journey into photography began when he purchased his first DSLR camera at the end of 2013 for a trip to Hawaii. Shortly thereafter, he joined various wildlife groups on Facebook and started taking pictures of birds. He developed a particular fondness for owls, captivated by their mysterious nature, which has now become his passion. Although photography remains a hobby for Miller as he works in the financial services industry, he dedicates more than forty hours a week to it, including scouting locations, conducting general research, driving to places, taking pictures, and editing them. Moving forward, Miller hopes to use his photography to support non-profits, small businesses, wildlife rehabs, and to bring joy to others. He aims to photograph with a purpose, seeking to create meaningful work rather than capturing images without a clear goal.
